This is the high gear (top gear) used in the early version of the T150V five-speed gearbox. The catalog places it in the gearbox shafts and gears figure for the T150V 5-speed and in the parts list for the optional five-speed gearbox conversion, so it's a gear-cluster component rather than something you'd swap on its own without checking the rest of the set.
