This is the mainshaft second gear, a 20-tooth gear off the gearbox shafts and gears figure. The older parts books list this same piece under T4335, which is the pre-1973 numbering for what's now catalogued as 57-4335.

It lives on the mainshaft inside the gearbox, one of the pairs of gears that gets selected when you shift into second. Wear here usually shows up as notchy or slipping second gear, or visible chipping/rounding on the teeth when you pull the box apart.
