Thrust washer
A clutch thrust washer for the primary/clutch assembly, later superseded by 57-3931.
This is a thrust washer that lives in the clutch assembly, on the primary side of the engine. Its job is the same as any thrust washer in a clutch stack: it takes up end float and gives adjoining rotating parts a flat, controlled surface to bear against so things don't wear against each other directly.

The catalog only shows this one appearing in a single clutch figure for 1970, and it carries the older T2931 part number in earlier parts-book listings before Triumph moved to the 57-2931 numbering. Triumph later superseded this part with 57-3931, so if you're chasing a modern replacement or checking a supplier's current stock, that's the number you may see it listed under now.
We don't have more detail on this one beyond what the clutch figure tells us. If you're rebuilding a clutch stack and matching washers by feel or by what came out of the case, bring the old one to the counter or call ahead so we can confirm it's the right thickness and location for your stack before you order.
