Lucar terminal
A Lucas Lucar spade terminal used throughout the electrical system to connect wires to coils, horns, and rectifiers.
This is a Lucar terminal, the small push-on spade connector Lucas used all through the electrical system on these bikes. Part number 54190108 shows up again and again in the parts books wherever coils, horns, rectifiers, and zener diodes are wired up, which tells you it's a general-purpose connector rather than something built for one single job. Look for it at the wire ends going into the ignition coil, the horn, or the rectifier/zener diode setup on the headlamp shell or under the seat.

Because it turns up across so many different wiring figures, from contact breaker and coil setups to full electrical equipment diagrams, this is one of those parts worth having a few of in a drawer. Corroded or loose spade terminals are a common source of no-spark, no-horn, or charging gremlins, and swapping in a fresh one is a simple fix once you've traced the fault back to a bad connection.
Our catalog record ties this part to Lucas electrical figures spanning 1963 into 1970, but it isn't called out to one specific model in our listings.
