Spoke nipple for the front wheel, used to tension and secure a spoke to the rim.

This is a spoke nipple, the small threaded fitting that connects a spoke to the wheel rim and lets you draw up wheel tension. It shows up in the front wheel section of the parts books, so on these bikes it's a front wheel item.
