BSA Screw, oil pump cover plate (3/16" British Standard Cycle × 1-1/16")
Screw for the oil pump cover plate, 3/16" BSC x 1-1/16", gearbox area, PN 41-0609.
This is the screw that holds the oil pump cover plate down on the gearbox, listed in the parts books as 3/16 inch British Standard Cycle by 1-1/16 inch. It shows up in the OIL PUMP, GEARBOX SPROCKET and CRANKCASE figures, so it's a small fastener doing a specific job of keeping the cover plate seated on the pump body.

The catalog carries it under 41-0609 with an alternate listing of 41-609, same part. It appears across catalog entries from 1969 through 1970, but we don't have anything pinning it to a particular model beyond that, so check it against what's actually on your bike before ordering.
If you're rebuilding the oil pump or servicing the gearbox sprocket area, it's worth checking these screws for wear or a stripped head since they're small and easy to overlook until the cover starts leaking or working loose.
