Main jet, size 310, for the Amal Monobloc Mk1 and Mk2 carburetor.
This is a main jet for the Amal Monobloc carburetor, Mk1 and Mk2 versions. The main jet controls fuel delivery at higher throttle openings, so it's one of the parts people swap when they're chasing a jetting change or just replacing a worn or clogged jet during a carb rebuild.

The part number 310 refers to the jet size in Amal's own numbering. If you're rebuilding a Monobloc or trying to richen or lean out the mixture, this is one of the pieces you'll be pulling and checking against what's currently in the float chamber.
