This is a balance weight pack for the front wheel assembly, listed in the catalog as fitted on an as-required basis rather than as a fixed quantity per wheel. Balance weights get clipped or fitted to the rim to even out any imbalance left over after the wheel and tire are built up, keeping the ride from developing a shake at speed.
