Left-hand rear wheel bearing spacer, part 37-7006, fitted inside the rear hub.
This is the left-hand bearing spacer for the rear wheel, part number 37-7006. It sits in the rear hub, taking up the position between the wheel bearing and the axle so everything lines up correctly when the wheel is clamped up in the swingarm.

The catalog shows this one appearing under the REAR WHEEL figure for the 1979 model year. It's a small piece but it does real work keeping the bearing and hub spacing correct on that side of the wheel.
