Driving ring - speedometer unit
A speedometer driving ring that engages the drive gear at the wheel hub to turn the speedo cable.
Part number 37-7004 is a speedometer driving ring, the small toothed or notched ring that engages with the speedo drive gearbox to turn the cable and get a reading on the speedometer head. The catalog places it in with the front brake and rear wheel components, which fits how these rings mount right at the wheel hub where the speedo drive gear picks up rotation off the wheel.

You'll also see this part cross-referenced as WW37318 in older listings, so if you're working from an earlier parts book or a supplier list, that's the same physical piece under a different number.
Our records show this one showing up in catalog entries from the mid to late 1970s. Because these rings live right at the wheel and take a lot of low-speed wear from the drive gear meshing against them, it's worth checking the condition of the mating gear at the same time you're replacing this.
