This is the left-hand front hub for the T140, the disc-brake front wheel setup used from 1973 through 1978. Catalog records list it under the original number 37-4126, though it was later renumbered to 37-7058 - same physical part, just a different number depending on which parts book you're working from.

The front hub is the center of the front wheel, carrying the bearings and giving the spokes something to pull against. On the disc-brake front end this left-side hub is the half that doesn't carry the disc itself, but it still has to be matched correctly to the rest of the wheel assembly.
If you're rebuilding a front wheel on one of these disc-brake T140s, check your part number against both 37-4126 and 37-7058 before ordering, since either one may show up depending on the vintage of your parts book.
