Speedometer drive ring
Rear hub speedometer drive ring, PN 37-3751, couples the rear wheel to the speedo drive gearbox.
This is the speedometer drive ring off the rear wheel, part number 37-3751, also turning up in the books as W3751 and WW28292. It sits at the rear hub and works as the adaptor that couples the hub to the speedometer drive gearbox, so the speedo cable has something to turn against as the wheel spins.

Our catalog records place it in the rear wheel figure with appearances running 1971 to 1972. It's a small ring but it does the job of transferring rotation from the hub to the drive unit, so if the speedo has gone dead or is acting erratic and the cable and gearbox check out fine, this ring is worth a look.
Given the narrow year span we've got on file, confirm it against your own hub before ordering — call the shop if you're not sure which drive ring your rear wheel takes.
