Brake cam lever (rear)
Brake cam lever for the wheel, part 37-3454, works the brake cam off the operating rod or cable.
This is the brake cam lever, Triumph part number 37-3454, also seen under the older W3454 designation. It's the arm that bolts onto the end of the brake camshaft in the wheel and gives the brake operating rod or cable something to pull against, rotating the cam inside the brake plate to spread the shoes.

The catalog description calls it out simply as the rear brake cam lever, though the figure titles it turns up in are all listed under FRONT WHEEL headings across several T100 variants. That's a bit of a contradiction in our own records, so don't assume which end of the bike it's for based on the figure title alone - check what you're pulling off the bike against the parts book diagram for your specific machine.
If you're replacing one of these, look at how the old lever indexes onto the splined or flatted end of the cam shaft and match that orientation before you button the wheel back up. These small levers take a lot of leverage over the years and it's common for the hole or slot where the rod connects to wear oval.
