LEADING BRAKE, SHOE ‘clw LINING
Front leading brake shoe with lining for the drum brake front wheel, PN 37-1732, factory-superseding the earlier 37-1733.
37-1732 is the leading brake shoe, complete with lining, for the front drum brake setup, catalogued in the FRONT WHEEL section of the parts books. It's one of the pair that lives inside the front brake drum and does the actual stopping work when the cable pulls the operating arm and forces the shoes out against the drum.

This number replaced the earlier 37-1733 in the factory's own records, so if your parts book or an old invoice shows that number for the same position, it's the same physical part under its prior designation. The older alias form W1732 shows up as well, which is just the pre-renumbering way this part was listed.
Our catalog data ties this one to appearances across 1967 and 1968, but we'd rather you confirm exact fitment against your front drum and hub setup before ordering rather than guess off a single year range. Bring in your old shoe or give us a call and we'll sort out which side and which lining spec you need.
