This is a front wheel spoke, 10 gauge, listed at 9⅜ in. by a 78° bend, sold complete with its nipple. The catalog places it on the front wheel of the T20SS and T20SH, so it's a small-bike spoke rather than one of the larger unit-twin sizes. The older book number for this one is W354, which is the same part as 37-0354 under the earlier lettered-prefix system.
