This is the lower body half of an Amal carburetor, listed in the T20 handlebars and control levers section of the parts book. Amal made all the carburetor bodies for these machines, so a bottom-half body casting like this one is a mechanical part of the mixing chamber assembly, not an electrical or control-lever item despite where it shows up in this particular figure grouping.
