This is a flat washer used at the battery carrier on the frame, sized 25/64 in. by 7/8 in. by 1/16 in. It's the kind of small hardware piece that's easy to lose track of when the battery tray comes apart for cleaning or a repaint, but it does its job quietly, spreading load under a fastener so the carrier mount doesn't chew into the frame lug or bracket over time.

The part shows up in the FRAME section of the parts books, and our records show it appearing across catalog listings from 1969 to 1970. If you're rebuilding a battery carrier assembly and one of these has gone missing or corroded away, it's worth grabbing a couple while you're in there.
