ENGINE STUD CASE HALVES
A 5/16-24 UNF, 4-3/4 inch crankcase stud (21-0669) that clamps the engine case halves together.
This is one of the studs that holds the two crankcase halves together, listed in the crankcase figure under the number 21-0669, with the older parts-book form S669. It runs 5/16 inch diameter with 24 threads per inch, UNF, and measures 4-3/4 inches long.

These studs are what clamp the case halves solid around the crank assembly, so they take real load and need to be the correct length and thread for the hole they're going into. Given this shows up across a wide span of catalog years, it's a good idea to check what you're pulling out of the case before ordering to make sure you get a matched replacement.
If you're doing case work and pulling all the studs, it's worth going through and checking each one for thread condition and stretch rather than just replacing the one that looks obviously bad.
