Adjuster – air cable
An Amal carburetor air cable adjuster used to take slack out of the air control cable on the throttle linkage.
This is an air cable adjuster from an Amal carburetor setup, as listed under the throttle linkage section of the parts book. On these carburetors the air slide and throttle slide each have their own cable, and the adjuster is the small threaded fitting that lets you take slack out of the cable run without pulling the carb apart or re-setting the cable at the twistgrip end.

It shows up in our records tied to a single catalog year, so we don't have a broad fitment history to point to beyond that. If you're chasing a sticky or lazy air control, or the lever at the bar doesn't seem to be moving the slide as far as it should, a worn or seized adjuster like this one is a common place to look.
Give us a call with your carb type or model on hand if you want to make sure this is the right adjuster before you order — the listing we have is brief and doesn't spell out cross-model fitment.
We've never carried this one. Tell us what you're after and we'll go looking — you'll get a price and photos before you commit to anything.
