A speedometer light lead for feeding power to the speedo's illumination bulb.

This is a speedometer light lead, a short wire that feeds power to the bulb that lights up the speedo face at night. It shows up in the electrical equipment section of the parts book, which is where you'd expect to find it, tucked in among the other bulb holders and feed wires that run up to the instruments.
