This is the clutch lever assembly listed in the handlebar and control lever section of the parts books, appearing under the T20 figure as well as a general controls figure. It's the lever unit that mounts to the handlebar and works the clutch cable, letting the rider pull in the clutch at the bar rather than down at the gearbox.
