18/084 is the clamping screw used on Amal twin-cable throttle assemblies, made from 303 stainless. It's the small screw that pinches the throttle cable ends into the top of the twin throttle body so both cables pull together when you roll on the gas. It shows up across control cable and handlebar control lever listings from the late '60s into the mid '70s.
