NUT 7/16 UNF CLEVELOC (061702)
A 7/16 UNF Cleveloc self-locking nut used at multiple points across the frame, suspension, and running gear.
This is a 7/16 UNF Cleveloc nut, part number 14-1304, a self-locking nut used across a wide range of assembly points on the frame and running gear. Cleveloc nuts use a deformed thread section instead of a nylon insert to grip the bolt, so they hold under vibration without relying on a separate locking washer.

In the catalog it shows up across a long list of figures - frame, swinging arm and suspension units, footrests and engine mountings, front and rear wheel, battery carrier and engine shield, and centre stand and rear brake control - which tells you this is a general-purpose fastener rather than a one-spot part. Given how often it turns up across three decades of catalog listings, it is worth keeping a few of these on hand rather than reusing an old one that has already been torqued down once or twice.
Because it appears in so many different assemblies, don't assume this exact nut goes on a specific bolt on your bike without checking the parts book diagram for that assembly. The thread is 7/16 UNF, and beyond that we'd just be guessing at which particular joint you're chasing.
