A 1/4 in. UNF, 1 1/4 in. long screw used to secure the finned collar at the exhaust pipe/cylinder barrel joint.
This is a finned collar screw, 1/4 inch Unified Fine thread, 1 1/4 inch long. It shows up in the cylinder barrel, exhaust pipes, and valve gear section of the parts book, where finned collars dress up the exhaust pipe joint at the head and need a small screw to hold the collar in place against the fins.

The catalog lists it under 14-0609, with 14-609 as the same part number in a shorter form. It turns up across catalog entries from 1969 to 1972, but we don't have anything narrower than that tying it to a specific model.
