Nut (plain) motor plates 2 (Not T100C)
A plain 5/16 UNF nut used across many Triumph assemblies, including motor plates and fork spindle caps.
14-0302 is a plain 5/16 UNF nut that Triumph used all over the bike, not tied to one job. The catalog description calls it a motor plate nut, and the figure list backs that up along with a long string of other spots, exhaust brackets, fender mounts, gas tank fittings, footrest plates, front wheel spindle caps, and more. If a fastener on a Triumph twin needed a plain 5/16 UNF nut, there's a good chance it was this one.

The note "Not T100C" on the description means this particular application excludes the T100C variant, so if you're working on a T100C double check the fitment before you order. Given how many different assemblies call for this nut, it's worth having a few in the parts drawer.
It also shows up as part of a fork spindle cap nut and washer kit alongside 60-2428, used to secure the fork spindle caps that retain the front wheel. Cross-check the figure you're working from to be sure this is the nut called for in your application.
