Norton Crossbar
A crossbar listed in the battery tray and direction indicator section of the parts books.
PN · 061668
This is a crossbar, part number 061668, and it shows up in the battery and direction indicator group of the parts books rather than anywhere in the ignition or charging circuit. That grouping suggests it's a small structural piece tied to the battery tray or indicator mounting rather than an electrical component itself, though the description on file is just the one word so we can't say more with confidence.
