Norton Rubber
A rubber pad associated with fender and tail lamp support mounting, per 1975 catalog records.
This is a rubber piece listed in the catalog under fenders, mudflaps, and tail lamp support hardware, appearing in the 1975 model year records. The description on file is simply "Rubber," which points to a rubber pad or cushion used somewhere in that fender/mudflap/tail lamp mounting area, but the catalog entry doesn't spell out exactly which spot it fits or how it's oriented.

One other catalog reference we've come across ties this same number to a fender clip rubber pad, which lines up with the figure grouping here. That's about as far as the paper trail goes on this one.
Given how thin the record is, if you're trying to match this against a specific mounting point on your bike, bring it in or give us a call and we'll look at it side by side with what you've got before you order.
