Norton Cable Tie (U.K. & Europe)

This is a cable tie, listed in the parts books under forks and controls figures for the U.K. and Europe market. It's a simple wrap-and-secure fastener used to bundle or route control cables and wiring away from moving parts up front, keeping things tidy around the steering head and fork area.
