This is a plain clutch plate with external dogs, 0.080 inch (2mm) thick, made by Surflex. It's a Norton part, not Triumph - the catalog listing calls out fitment on Manx and Model 50 singles (three plates), ES2, 88, 99 and Atlas 650/750 twins (four plates), and the P11 (five plates).

The plain plates alternate with the friction plates in the clutch pack, and getting the count right for your particular model matters since the stack height and clutch feel depend on it. External dogs means this plate engages the clutch basket from the outside rather than a center hub.
